Shipping & Returns

We usually ship packages within 48 hours of receiving the order. We ship only to the credit card billing address.
If your billing address is a P.O. Box then you must provide us with a physical address by email in order for us to ship your merchandise. We are able to ship to a physical address only. Packages are delivered by courier and must be signed for upon delivery. Please provide an address where an adult will be available between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday to receive the package. If no one is available at the time the mail courier will leave a card for the receiver to pick up the package at the nearest post office.

Due to high order volume, some items may be sold out at the time of a customer's purchase. In this case a customer will be notified of any delay immediately.

Packages are delivered by China Post Air Mail, Fedex, UPS, USPS or EMS (express mail service) and must be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery the mail courier will leave a card for the receiver to pick up the package at the nearest post office .

Once your order has been verified and approved for shipment it is forwarded for shipping the next business day. You will receive a tracking number shortly after your order is approved for shipment. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense. We always declare our packages right to avoid the customer from paying import tax.

Return Policy:
If you have any problems with your order or are unsatisfied in any way you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and return it with tracking information within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund less Actual Shipping and handling cost and 15% restocking fee . We will attend to any matter and work together with you to resolve it. Packages must be sent back global express with tracking number for us or returns will not be accepted.

In order to process and receive a refund or exchange you must:
• Contact us before you ship any returned merchandise to get instructions for your return.
• Return your merchandise within 5 days of receipt at your expense.
• You must provide us with a tracking number so we can track online the returned merchandise.
• We will issue a refund in the same manner that the payment was received after we inspect the product and receive it back in original condition unused with all tags and packaging .
• Used or damages merchandise will be returned to you without further claims.
If a customer chooses to cancel the order before it is shipped he/she will recieve a credit for the total less 10% cancellation charge. Orders CANNOT be canceled if they have been shipped.

Return/Exchange :
If you don't like your item and would like to exchange it you must also return it following steps above. Once we receive your package we will notify you through e-mail and a $20 exchange fee applies to cover shipping and handling costs of your exchange/replacement.

Credit card fraud protection:
Due to strict verification of our payment processors the name, address and security code on your card must be an exact match and must match the information on your billing statement. Please make sure to put the Exact name as it appears on your card with middle initials etc.., correct billing address that is registered with your bank for the card, and correct security code (CVV info). If any of this information is not verified your order will be declined and cannot be processed. We do this to prevent online fraud and paying with stolen credit cards. All fraud orders are reported to the credit card company, bank, and authorities.
